- area: 2000 m2 plot of derelict land
- client: Augusto Vasco Costa Arquitectos
- location: Avenida Marginal, São João do Estoril. Portugal
- specifications: close proximity to the sea, high salinity

- overall brief: client intends to create a large lawn area at the front of plot allowing
great vistas right over the nearby Cascais bay. contrasting with this
intended 'aircraft carrier' effect of the created landscape over the sea
is a very intimate space part fruit/vegetable/flower garden and wild
native Mediterranean/Atlantic garden
